New York City, NY -- September 24, 2003 -- 123Designing.com, an popular webmaster resource center, launches a new award program for websites who meets the high content, design, and originality requirements. The program was brought over from MadCool Entertainment Center(www.madcool.com), where it was known as the MadCool Awards Center.

"The move from MadCool Entertainment Center was made since the award program would be better targeted at 123Designing.com's audiences. We want MadCool Entertainment Center to focus solely on entertainment." said Ben Li, President of MadCool Network, LLC.

Changes was also made to go along With a new destination. The award program revamped its award graphics, and is awarding websites based on content, design, and originality.
